Tonbofa is the founder of the practice and oversees all offices. She has advised on projects in Africa involving various economic sectors. She is a Solicitor of England and Wales and qualified to practice in Nigeria and the USA State of New York.

Toluwase has been part of teams advising on projects spanning energy, natural resources and infrastructure development projects.
She also represents TONBOFA Law Practice, Nigeria in the Nigerian Gas Association Legal Advisory Group.

Uchechi has been part of teams advising on corporate finance, private equity and capital market finance transactions. She has also been part of teams advising on West African Projects involving natural resources developments.

Fatoumata is the founder of Legal and Tax Mali, affiliated to Exco Afrique Network. She is an accredited tax advisor and specializes in the energy and mining industry sectors in Africa. Her experience in these fields include taxation as well as OHADA business law.

Amarachi has advised and represented clients in civil matters spanning the financial and taxation sector.
She obtained her LLB from the University of Nigeria and is an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.

Chinwendu has been part of teams advising on project finance documentation for West African natural resources development projects. She is also part of teams advising on various corporate and finance transactions.

Esohe is part of the team advising on technology infrastructure developments. She leads the team advising on a PPP Extraction Factory Project in West Africa.

Tolulope is an astute corporate and litigation lawyer and leads the team advising and representing clients in all superior courts in Nigeria on matters spanning across financial and taxation sectors. Tolulope is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria
